Collectively, the Construction Masters team has over 100 years of experience in the commercial construction field. This experience has given us the education to generate comprehensive project proposals for all types of commercial construction. We know what it takes to construct a building of various types and we know how to manage the budgets we develop.
Once the budget is established, it is our responsibility to control the costs of the project. We do so by manning the job with skilled individuals and hiring competent subcontractors. We understand that our budget is only as strong as the people we put in the field. Additionally, we have incorporated a number of technological tools to help manage the flow of dollars and documentation.
Construction Masters uses a variety of systems to manage the flow of documents from the field to our corporate office and on to the architect and engineer or subcontractors. Project documents are available to our field personnel and subcontractors through our “I Square Foot” software. All documents, logs and correspondence pertaining to this project will be uploaded to our external server which can be accessed by any of our employees with their lap top computers. Any document pertaining to this project will be available at the jobsite at all times.
Construction Masters uses Quantum software for the contractual side of the project using AIA documents. QuickBooks is used for all the accounting and reporting issues.
