Job Order Contracting

Construction Masters of Houston has recently been awarded a cooperative purchasing agreement with The Procurement Division of the Harris County Department of Education. Together, we have established a contract for use by government agencies and eligible organizations participating in HCDE’s cooperative purchasing operation known as Choice Facility Partners. The intention of this partnership is to establish annual contracts for state-of-the-art Job Order Contracting Services to satisfy the needs of all participating agencies in the purchase and supply of products and/ or services. The following agencies are eligible to access the Choice Facility contracts: Schools, education-related organizations, colleges, universities, municipalities, counties and other governmental entities across Texas along with other non-profits across Texas.

Construction Masters was awarded this agreement by participating in a competitively bid Request for Proposal (RFP) process. As part of the RFP, we were graded on the following: Price; Reputation; References; Availability; Quality; Project Management and Infrastructure. Base on these qualifications, it was determined that Construction Masters would provide the best value to participating agencies.

Construction Masters’ agreement with Choice Facility Partners can enable your agency to access our competitively bid pricing coefficient and forego any additional competitive bidding procedures. Our coefficient is 86% of the RS Means Pricing Bulletin from the Houston, Texas Cost Index.
