Subcontractor Management

Construction Masters of Houston is committed to working with subcontractors who possess the same values and principles we do. We have personal relationships with hundreds of contractors in the greater Houston area and surrounding cities. Each new subcontractor will go through an interview process prior to any contractual agreements. Our goal is to maintain good standing relationships with at least 3 companies for each item of work in the construction field. We also subscribe to vendor databases that can contact us with over 10,000 contractors nationwide.

At Construction Masters, we understand that our Sub-contractors are an extension of our personality and character. We manage our Subs with honesty and integrity; therefore we have developed a positive reputation within the industry. This reputation helps us receive better pricing, stronger commitments, and preferential treatment from our sub-contractors.
